How do I earn rewards?

You earn one point for each full dollar spent. 

Why didn't I get points from my order?

Please make sure your logged into your account and/or paid via the same email as your account.

Can I get points on past orders?

No. Please make sure you are logged in and have an account set up. We can't apply retroactive points. 

What can I do with points?

Save up your points to redeem as online coupons! 

Do points expire?

No. 

Why isn't my rewards code working?

Rewards cannot be combined (stacked) with other discount codes.

Can I combine my points with points from another account?

No. Accounts can't be merged or combined with other users or multiple accounts from the same user. 

I redeemed my points and have now changed my mind. Can you give points back?

No, that is not possible.

Is there a minimum or maximum of Reward codes that can be applied to an order? 

A minimum of 100 points ($1) and a maximum of 500 points ($5) per order.

Can I collect/redeem reward points with Subscriptions or the Special Occasion Box? 

No. Reward points are not collected when ordering any of the available subscriptions or Special Occasion boxes nor can they be redeemed to purchase these. 

Why was I charged shipping on my order?

Orders within the US totaling $50 or more qualify for free shipping. If the use of a coupon or rewards code causes your total to fall below $50, the order will no longer qualify for free shipping. Some exclusions also apply to certain heavy to ship items. This information will be reflected during checkout. 

I want to add something to my order. Can I?

No. Once orders have been placed we cannot modify or cancel them.
